A builder can only be in one place at a time. So we do not pretend otherwise.
Most of the horror stories start the same way: the firm took on more than it could walk. Crews vanish for a week. The schedule slides and nobody calls. We built Stonebridge to make that impossible, by keeping the company small enough to run from a truck and a set of drawings.

A house is built in an order. So is a good one, just more carefully.
This is every project we take, start to finish. Read it from the ground and watch it rise.

It starts as string lines on dirt.
Before a footing gets poured we stake the corners, pull the diagonals square, and set the batter boards. Get this wrong and every wall after it is wrong. We take the time here so we never chase it later.

The frame goes up true.
Every stud plumb, every plate level, every header sized for the load above it. This is the bones of the house and the part nobody sees once the drywall is on. We build it like the inspector is a partner, because getting it right the first time is cheaper than opening a wall.

Everything hidden gets squared.
Plumbing, wiring, ductwork, blocking for the cabinets that are not here yet. The rough-in is where a good build separates from a fast one. We walk it with you before insulation goes in, so you see the guts of your own house while you still can.

Then it becomes a room you live in.
Trim, cabinets, counters, the tile everyone actually notices. The finish is the reward for the boring work underneath it. Same carpenters who framed the house hang the doors, so the people who know where every stud is are the ones fitting the casework to it.

Full gut renovations. Down to the studs, re-planned for how you actually cook and gather, then rebuilt with cabinetry and trim that fits the house it lives in.
Bathrooms
Waterproofed the right way, the part you cannot see and cannot cut. Tile set to last decades, not until the warranty runs out.
Foundations and structural
Footings, foundations, beams, and the load paths that hold the rest up. When a wall has to come out or a floor has to be leveled, this is the work that makes it safe.
